Who do I place my orders with now?
Order with the company you typically place your orders with, although you are always welcome to place your order with either company and we will take care of you.
How is the merger going to affect me?
Right now there are no changes to the way you place orders or the service you will receive. You should not be affected at all. Actually, you should notice that you will have even more access to inventory carried by PDU or CAT. We are working very hard to make the transition a smooth as possible when the time comes to ;merge operations.
Do I need to sign up for a PDUCAT account number?
There is no action required on your part. For now continue to order through PDU or CAT. When the time comes we will pull all your information over and create an account for you.
I order items that you don’t carry but they do. Will I still be able to get those items?
For now continue to order from PDU or CAT and you should be able to receive them. Once the product lines are merged we will have a new catalog with the updated line available from all locations. If those items you are looking for are not in the new catalog we will have a list of suggested alternatives that should meet your needs.
I have outstanding invoices with PDU or CAT who do I pay?
